Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support: scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Take and distribute meeting minutes.
Assist with project management, tracking timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate company events and activities.
Maintain office supplies and keep the workspace organized.
Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, invoices, and other documents.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
Respond promptly to queries via phone, email, or social media.
Update databases and spreadsheets accurately.
Strengthen relationships with clients.
Manage payment reminders and debt collection.
Extract leads from social media.
Prepare tender applications.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Sales experience or a sales-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Resilient and determined in high-pressure environments.
Desirable Skills:
Graphic design and content creation.
Knowledge of digital marketing.
